*48 hour notice is required if you need to cancel your appointment. I understand things happen and try to be as flexible as possible. *Less than 48 hour notice will result 50% charge of the service cost. *Less than 24 hours , no shows & day of will result in 100% charge of the service cost. *No exceptions Refund Policy If a client for any reason is unhappy with a service, I will perform the service again within 7 days of the last scheduled appointment at zero charge to the client. Any adjustments made over the 7 day period will be a 100% service charge to the client. ​ *No refunds on services *Deposits are non refundable *No exceptions ​ Please understand that certain services such as Creative Color/Balayage and Highlight services may take 3-5 hours. Make sure you book your appointment is on days you dont have time crunches or other obligations. Sometimes its difficult to predict how your hair will process & I book these appointments for extra time to make sure the outcome of your hair is its very best. Also please keep in mind that it may take a few to numerous appointments to achieve your desired look. I appreciate your patience!
