While specializing in blonding, balayage, and lived-in hair color, she strives to create a connection between the client’s personality and their outward beauty. Beginning with a meaningful consultation, her offerings are full-service and can include color, cutting, conditioning treatments and styling. Each visit is a unique and restful experience meant to revitalize the hair and the mind. Cancellation Policy
*48 hour notice is required if you need to cancel your appointment. I understand things happen and try to be as flexible as possible.
*Less than 48 hour notice will result 50% charge of the service cost.
*Less than 24 hours , no shows & day of will result in 100% charge of the service cost.

Refund Policy
If a client for any reason is unhappy with a service, Jackie will perform the service again within 7 days of the last scheduled appointment at zero charge to the client.

Please understand that certain services such as Creative Color/Balayage and Highlight services may take 3-5 hours. Make sure you book your appointments on days you dont have time crunches or other obligations. Sometimes its difficult to predict how your hair will process & we book these appointments for extra time to make sure the outcome of your hair is its very best.
Also please keep in mind that it may take a few to numerous appointments to achieve your desired look. We appreciate your patience!
